














Domestic Shipments:
We make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible. Depending upon the size and wieght of the item, we use USPS Priority Mail and Fedex Ground for most orders. Domestic shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, but can sometimes take 2-3 weeks depending on varying circumstances (inventory, holidays, bad weather). We offer express services with Fedex Express upon request and at an additional cost which must be arranged and prepaid for before shipping. International Shipments:
We do ship internationally to Canada, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail. We will ship to other international locations on a case-by-case basis. International shipping normally takes about 7-10 business days, however in some cases it can take up to 1 month or more to reach you. You are responsible for any import duty on your order. Please do not ask us to falsify documents to avoid customs fees. Some items are too large and cannot cost effectively be shipped internationally. If you are want to place an international order, please contact us before ordering so we can put together a international shipping quote for you.
Please Note:
We did our best to correctly calculate shipping costs, however especially when ordering multiple items, sometime there may be some discrepencies in the calculation. Please feel free to contact us at any time should you feel our shipping calculations are off, and we will do the same should we feel we have made an error. Shipping costs for large items such as board bags and boards may vary due to carrier & service. For orders that contain large items, shipping will be shown as zero, the rate will be determined after order has been placed. Our shipping department will contact you immediately after placing the order to provide shipping choices & approximate pricing.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our goal. You can return or exchange your item for up to 15 days after the purchase date. In the event that you are not happy with your order, (wrong size, bad color, etc) please contact us immediately. We will ask you to ship the item back to us and will require a shipping fee based on the weight of the item. In the event you are returning the item because of our mistake, we will pay for shipping. Please include a note stating if you would like a refund OR what you would like to exchange for, written on the original invoice that was sent with your order If you have misplaced the invoice, then any paper will do.

Order Status:
For Paypal payments you will automatically receive an email when the order is shipped. Also, you can view the status of your order anytime by going to your Paypal account and clicking on “Details” on the transaction to RWD LLC. If the order had been shipped, click on “Shipped” for more information.
We are happy to accept orders by phone and can also take payment by check or money order. In this case we get you shipping information in what ever way is convenient for you. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order status.

Freight Shipments and Damage Claims:
Fortunately damage does not occur often, but it is very important that you do not sign for the shipment until you have thoroughly inspected it. Freight companies are no longer honoring freight claims for damage reported after our customers received and signed for them. Inspect before signing and report any damage at that time to the person making the delivery. Contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. Be forewarned that without customer inspection the freight companies may assume that the damage occurred after delivery and that the freight company may deny the claim and RWD LLC will not be responsible for damaged shipments that are not inspected upon delivery.
